Techloom Solutions Inc. (“Techloom”, “we”) collects personal information needed to respond to enquiries and to operate this website.

Information we collect

From the enquiry form: name, business, email, optional phone, service topic, optional preferred introduction times and timezone, optional product details, optional cartridge or printer label photo, and your message. Optional marketing consent is stored only if you tick the box. Technical data such as IP address and browser type may be collected by the host to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a quotation or consultation, improve the website, detect abuse and meet legal obligations. Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to marketing.

Legal basis

Consent or as permitted by PIPEDA and British Columbia’s PIPA.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers who host email or the website, and where the law requires. Form messages are sent to info@techloom.ca.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation, fulfil a contract or meet record-keeping duties, then deleted or archived according to those duties.
