Printer model
Use the name on the front of the printer or in the device settings. Include the brand, series and model number.
Cartridge or part number
Read the label on the existing cartridge or the manufacturer part number if you already have it.
Quantity and delivery
Tell us how many you need and the city or postal code for delivery so we can quote availability.
If the label is unclear, attach a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo of it with your quote request (maximum 5 MB), or email the photo to info@techloom.ca.
Ink and toner for common business printers
We quote ink, toner and cartridges for common business printers. Send the model and the cartridge or part number. The quotation names the brand and the exact part.
Printers and replacement parts
We also quote business printers and replacement parts. Parts are listed separately with manufacturer and condition. Not every replacement part is a genuine manufacturer part.
Genuine HP ink and toner cartridges
When you need genuine HP, say so in the request. We quote genuine HP ink and toner cartridges as genuine HP, including standard and high-yield options when those part numbers exist for your printer. Compatible or remanufactured cartridges are not sold under that description.

Do you quote supplies for printers that are not HP?
Yes. Send the printer brand and model, the cartridge or part number, and the quantity. The quotation names the brand.
How do I identify the correct cartridge?
Use the printer model, the existing cartridge label or the manufacturer part number. If you are unsure, attach a photo of the label with your quote request or email it to info@techloom.ca.
Do you supply high-yield cartridges?
Yes, when a high-yield part is available for that printer. The quote will name the exact part.
Are the cartridges genuine HP?
Only when we describe them as genuine HP ink and toner cartridges. Compatible or remanufactured cartridges are not sold under that description, and printer parts are not all genuine manufacturer parts.
How is pricing confirmed?
We confirm current pricing, availability and delivery in the quotation. Ask us if you need any additional commercial terms before you order.
